Marley Healing Hands Inc. is a qualified vendor of the Division of Developmental Disabilities under the Department of Economic Security. Our company serves individuals with developmental disabilities by offering a variety of services.  We are currently hiring to fill open positions in our day programs as well as positions working with members directly in their home and in the community.   • Healthcare HR/Recruiter
    Remote 1+ Years Full-Time

    We’re hiring Recruiters for hiring direct care providers for respite and habilitation providers. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Job Duties:

      • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets including job postings and social media platforms.
      • Stay up to date on industry trends and possess a subject matter expert level of knowledge on trends in talent acquisition.
      • Manage and/or mentor other members of the department on process, procedure and talent acquisition best practices.
      • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal clients to understand hiring needs.
      • Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Incorporate new recruiting ideas and methods to develop and advance recruiting skill set.
      • Manage administrative requests from HR Manager.
      • The duties and responsibilities described are not comprehensive, and additional tasks may be assigned.

       Preferred Qualifications:

      • High School diploma required
      • MUST HAVE demonstrated hands-on recruiting experience / talent development experience along with HR knowledge.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
      • Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques including but not limited to conducting web and social media searches.
      • Strong previous HCM systems experience strongly preferred.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and competing deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Must have reliable transportation
