Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) are provided to children and teens (under the age of 21) who are enrolled or eligible for Medicaid and require additional care at home and/or in the community. HCBS is intended to provide children and teens with a wide range of developmentally and culturally relevant services. HCBS are frequently designed to allow individuals to remain in their homes rather than be admitted to a facility for care. Our program strives to deliver care that is highly customized, attentive, and well-trained. These characteristics apply to three major areas of service Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite in the members home and community.
